KANDLD Return & Refund Policy

At KANDLD, we take pride in handcrafting high-quality candles with love and care. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To start a return, email us at support@kandld.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, providing photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Used or burned candles

Custom-made or personalized candles

Sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card provider (it may take some time to process).
