KANDLD Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at KANDLD! We are committed to delivering high-quality candles with a smooth shipping experience.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada, USA, and India.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 4-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time depends on location:

Canada: 2–6 business days

USA: 5–10 business days

India: 7–14 business days

Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time & Rates

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays.

4. Free Shipping

We offer local shipping within Ontario, Canada. 

This applies to eligible locations only.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

You can track your package on the carrier’s website.

For local delivery (Ontario), we’ll notify you via text or email.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

KANDLD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier.

7. International Shipping (If Applicable)

Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

KANDLD is not responsible for customs delays.

8. Address Errors & Order Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you enter the wrong address, contact us within 24 hours at support@kandld.com to request a change.

If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

9. International Orders (India & other countries)

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your country’s customs office. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We do not collect or control these fees.
